TERMS & CONDITIONS - BUYING ORIGINAL ARTWORK FROM MY SHOP

1. General

By purchasing art from Eve Zo Art, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. All Sales Are Final

All sales of art from Eve Zo Art are non-refundable. All pieces are sold as-is. Eve Zo Art do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. However, if there is any problems with your received artwork, please do not hesitate to contact me and we will resolve it.

3. Shipping & Handling

Eve Zo Art is not responsible for any damage to the art that occurs during shipping. While each piece is packaged with care, there is no control over the handling of packages once they leave the studio.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. I am not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Shipping Costs & Delivery

Preparing and packing times: 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs ant times:
United Kingdom Delivery - £5 | Delivery time: 2-3 business days
International Delivery - £18.99 | Delivery time: 5-14 business days

5. Intellectual Property

All art sold by Eve Zo Art is the intellectual property of the artist, Eve Zo / Ieva Zoriene. The purchase of a piece of art does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights to the buyer.

The artist reserves the right to use images of the sold artwork for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and in portfolios.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions before making a purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - CUSTOM PORTRAIT AND ART ORDERS

Please read the full terms and conditions. By purchasing from Eve Zo Art, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transaction.

DEFINITIONS

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Eve Zo Art ("Eve Zo Art," "Artist," "me," or "my") and any third party accessing the Website ("Customer", "client" or "you"). Eve Zo Art, as the owner and provider of this Website, is responsible for its content and functionality. The Customer is any individual or entity interacting with the Website, whether viewing its content, making purchases, or otherwise utilizing its services. All interactions between Eve Zo Art and the Customer are subject to these terms and conditions, which outline the rights, responsibilities, and limitations of both parties. By accessing or using the Website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

COPYRIGHT
It is important to understand that I retain full copyright ownership of all artwork I create, whether it's a preliminary sketch or the final masterpiece. This comprehensive copyright allows me to reproduce and utilize images of my artwork for various purposes, such as creating prints or other merchandise. Specifically for commissioned portraits, I also reserve the right to showcase them in my online portfolio, including my website gallery and social media platforms. However, I deeply respect client privacy and understand that some may prefer their commissioned portraits not to be displayed publicly online. Therefore, if you wish to keep your portrait private, please let me know before I begin working on your commission, and I will certainly honor your request.

All artwork, including pet portrait commissions, drawings, images, and products created by Eve Zo Art, is protected by copyright. No one, except Eve Zo Art, possesses the right to reproduce any part of this work. If you are interested in using any of Eve Zo Art's creations, whether for personal or commercial purposes, please contact me directly via email to discuss licensing options and permissions.

PAYMENT

To secure your custom portrait / art commission, a full payment is required before the artist begins work. This ensures your place in the artist's schedule and initiates the creation process. Upon completion, you will receive a watermarked digital image of the finished portrait for your approval. Please note that once the artwork has been shipped, no refunds will be issued. Secure payment system protects both the artist and the client throughout the transaction. Please know that I work on a first come first serve basis.

PRICES

Commission prices are a subject to change. You can find updated prices at the Booking page

For non standard booking, please use Contact page form to contact me. If there is any additional costs such as portrait with background, more than one portrait, postage or any other costs, artist will discuss with you during the initial planning stages of your commission.

VAT, SALES TAX & DUTY

Any additional charges incurred beyond the stated purchase price are the sole responsibility of the client. This includes, but is not limited to, Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties imposed by your country's customs, and any applicable sales taxes. Eve Zo Art is not liable for these supplementary fees.

SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. Sending a gift? No problem! Artwork can ship directly to the recipient; simply specify their address when placing the order.

MOUNTING / FRAMING

Please note that all portraits are shipped unmounted and unframed, giving you the freedom to choose the perfect presentation. Rest assured, your portrait will be carefully packaged to prevent any damages during transit, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.

CANCELLATIONS

Client has 48 hours from the date of their first initial payment for a cancellation. Please note that cancellation will result in the loss of your position on the waiting list & non-refundable 50% payment will be taken. After the 48 hours window, cancellations will result in the retention of your payment as compensation for artists losses, artist time, administrative costs, sketch creation, and payment fees. If work has already begun on your portrait at the time of cancellation, all payments will be retained to cover the artist's time, administration, and materials used. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out, and I'll do my best to resolve them.

CHANGES ON ARTWORK

Once client receives the completed commission, it is up to client to review it. Client has 7 days to contact the artist about any required changes. If the artwork needs changes the client is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Your privacy is of utmost importance. Personal information you share with me is protected. I will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to any third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Your data will be kept confidential and used solely to enhance your experience with my art and related services.
