Service Description
Watercolour Wildlife Portrait You Book it, I create it! If you need help with finding or choosing the right photo, write this in the message and we will work this together. You will receive an original art created by me. This means - this is not a print, but a genuine, one-of-a-kind artwork created just for you, shipped directly to your door. Portrait takes about 3-7 business days to finish. So that means a week or so. Depending on size, intricacy and the portrait subject. If you have a photo that requires some changes that can be done. After portrait is done, you will receive a photo for your approval. After that, it will be shipped straight to your door! Tracking number provided. When you receive it, I would really love to see photos from you, in your home! And get a review from you.

PAYMENT To secure your custom portrait / art commission, a full payment is required before the artist begins work. This ensures your place in the artist's schedule and initiates the creation process. Upon completion, you will receive a watermarked digital image of the finished portrait for your approval. Please note that once the artwork has been shipped, no refunds will be issued. Secure payment system protects both the artist and the client throughout the transaction. VAT, SALES TAX & DUTY Any additional charges incurred beyond the stated purchase price are the sole responsibility of the client. SHIPPING All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. MOUNTING / FRAMING Please note that all portraits are shipped unmounted and unframed. CANCELLATIONS Client has 48 hours from the date of their first initial payment for a cancellation. Please note that cancellation will result in the loss of your position on the waiting list & non-refundable 50% payment will be taken. After the 48 hours window, cancellations will result in the retention of your payment as compensation for artists losses, artist time, administrative costs, sketch creation, and payment fees. PRIVACY POLICY Your privacy is of utmost importance. Personal information you share with me is protected. I will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to any third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Your data will be kept confidential and used solely to enhance your experience with my art and related services.
